Description
Food supplement based on PSYllium fiber, extracted from the seeds of the seeds of the ovate plantago and the alpha -galattosidase and beta -galattosidase enzymes.
- Plantago ovata has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system).
It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of feces of consistency and normal volume.
- Beta-galattosidase (lactase) improves the digestion of lactose in the subjects who mald.

Methods of use
Pour the content of a Fiber onligol sachet in a large glass, add water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a feature of onligol fiber.
Adults and children over 12 years old: a sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals. For correct use of the product in children under 12, consult your doctor.
Since the Psyllium fiber could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, to interpose a period of at least 2 hours between the intake of onligol fiber and that of medicines.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Do not take Ongol Fiber together with antidiarrical drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of anomalous narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore must not be used if the risk of intestinal obstruction exists or this is already present.
The supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It may contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in the areas of cultivation of the psychellium, this presence does not alter the taste or the quality of the product.
Keep out of the reach of children under the age of 3.
