Information on the return of the goods

The customer, no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, must write to customer service of Pharmacy Cima Marco through contact form specifying:

  • order number;
  • Name and surname and address of those who placed the order;
  • Order email
  • The quantities and conditions of the products it intends to return.

 

The online return request is then subjected to the approval of customer service.

  • In the event of a renamed request, the customer will receive a notice email with the explanation of the refusal.
  • In the event of a request for return accepted, the Customer will receive a confirmation email and can thus proceed with the shipping of the products.

 

In the event that the return request is accepted, the customer must only worry about preparing the package, placing the products to be made in a well -packed package to avoid damage.

We will think about the creation of the shipping label to be placed outside the package (which we will send you by email) and to program the collection of the package by express courier GLS or DHL.

 

As soon as the return has been received at the headquarters, we will check and subsequently issuing the reimbursement on the original payment method used to place the order, retaining the cost of the return equal to € 5,50 

 

N.B: The showing costs of the return are in fact borne by the customer.
