- Beige color. Methods of use Slide the support on the elbow. Place the bearings so that they rest on the upper and lower part (radial and ulnar side) of the forearm, just below the elbow. Wrap the elastic around the forearm. Squeeze up to hear the support firm, but comfortable. Care and washing instructions Hand wash with neutral soap in hot water (not boiling). Rinse well and dry in the air. Not: wash in the washing machine, dry in the dryer, wash dry, or use bleach or softenings.
