Sedipram 5® is a food supplement that combines calming, relaxing properties and on the mood tone of the extracts of:

Griffonia who promotes relaxation and contributes to mantnere a normal mood tone
Valerian who favors relaxation and sleep in case of stress
Melissa who contributes to the maintenance of a restful sleep
Rodiola that favors the normal mood tone
Vitamin B6 which reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Tips of use
To help relaxation, it is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets during the day.
To encourage night rest: 2 tablets in the evening.
In the case of administration in drops, the assumption of 10 - 20 drops during the day is recommended.
To encourage restful sleep: 20 drops in the evening. Dissolve the drops in the water.
