Therapeutic indications

Iridine two eye drops is used in the treatment of irritation, burning, redness of the eye, with excessive tearing, and sensitivity to light.

Dosage and dosage

The drug must be taken according to the following doses and methods: when you feel the burning sensation, squeeze one or two drops of eye drops in the internal angle of each eye, tilting the head back. The product should not be used after 28 days from the first opening.

Scrupulously follow the recommended doses. A higher dosage of the product, even if taken topical and for a short time, can give rise to serious systemic effects.

Overdose

Contraindications

• The product should not be used in patients with glaucoma or other eye diseases.
• Contraindicated in children under the age of twelve.
• Contemporary treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitory drugs.

Side effects

The use of the product can sometimes cause pupillary dilation, systemic absorption effects (hypertension, heart disorders, hyperglycaemia), increased endocular pressure, nausea, headache. Hypersensitivity phenomena can rarely occur. In this case, the treatment must be stopped and consult the doctor so that, where necessary, suitable therapy can be established.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

In pregnancy and during breastfeeding, use only in case of effective need, under the direct control of the doctor.

Special Warnings

In the event of the persistence or aggravate of the symptoms after drinking period of treatment, consult the doctor, in any case, the product must not be taken for more than 4 consecutive days. If you have the appearance of undesirable effects in a period less than 4 days, the therapy is stopped and the doctor is consulted. The product is not suitable for the treatment of infections, pus, foreign bodies in the eye, mechanical, chemical and heat damage. These conditions require the attention of the doctor.
